Visa & Iqama
The process of transferring an expatriate employee's work sponsorship from one Saudi employer to another.
Sponsorship transfer is the process by which an expatriate employee's work visa and Iqama sponsorship is transferred from their current employer to a new employer in Saudi Arabia. Under Vision 2030 labor reforms, Saudi Arabia significantly liberalized sponsorship transfer rules — eligible workers can now transfer sponsorship without requiring their employer's consent, subject to meeting minimum service period requirements. Transfers are processed through the Muqeem and Qiwa platforms. Employers must carefully manage sponsorship transfers to avoid unauthorized movements and maintain accurate Nitaqat headcount records. Inclusive Solutions manages sponsorship transfer processing as part of its visa and Iqama services.
