Visa & Iqama
Saudi Arabia's employer-sponsorship system that ties a foreign worker's legal status to their sponsor employer.

Saudi Arabia has introduced significant Kafala reforms under Vision 2030 labor reforms, including allowing eligible workers to transfer sponsorship and obtain exit visas without employer approval. Understanding Kafala is essential for businesses managing expatriate workforces.
