Saudi Labor Law
The minimum employment benefits that Saudi Labor Law requires all employers to provide to every employee.
Statutory benefits in Saudi Arabia are the minimum employment entitlements mandated by Saudi Labor Law that all employers must provide regardless of contract terms or employer preference. These include: paid annual leave (21–30 days depending on tenure), paid sick leave, maternity leave for female employees, Hajj leave for Muslim employees, public holiday pay, GOSI registration, medical insurance and End-of-Service Benefit (EOSB). Any contractual arrangement providing less than these minimums is void to the extent of the deviation. Employers must also adhere to WPS requirements for salary payment. Inclusive Solutions ensures all client workforces receive full statutory benefit coverage.
