Female Workforce

Saudi national female employees and the regulatory framework governing their growing participation in the Saudi labor market.

The female workforce in Saudi Arabia has been transformed by Vision 2030, with female labor force participation increasing from 17% in 2016 to over 30% by 2023. Key reforms include removal of male guardian consent requirements for most employment decisions, expansion of sectors open to female employment, introduction of anti-harassment protections and increased maternity benefits. Female Saudi national employees count equally toward Nitaqat Saudization quotas and in some sectors there are specific incentives for employing Saudi women. Inclusive Solutions helps organizations build gender-inclusive HR frameworks fully aligned with Vision 2030 objectives.
