National Holidays

The official paid public holidays employees are entitled to under Saudi Labor Law and annual government proclamation.

Saudi Arabia's official national holidays include Eid Al-Fitr (three days) and Eid Al-Adha (three days) — dates announced annually based on the lunar calendar — plus Saudi National Day (September 23) and Founding Day (February 22). Employees are entitled to full pay for all official public holidays. If an employer requires an employee to work on a public holiday, the employee is entitled to compensation at 150% of their regular salary. Leave records must clearly account for public holiday usage. Inclusive Solutions manages national holiday tracking and payroll adjustments as part of its HR and payroll services.
