A leave policy in Saudi Arabia defines how each type of statutory and discretionary leave is managed — including annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, Hajj leave, national holidays and unpaid leave. It must align with the minimum entitlements prescribed by Saudi Labor Law and specify application procedures, approval workflows and leave tracking systems.
