Labor Court

Saudi Arabia's specialized judicial body for resolving employment disputes between employers and employees.

Labor courts in Saudi Arabia handle employment-related disputes that cannot be resolved through Ministry of Human Resources mediation. Cases typically involve wrongful termination, EOSB disputes, unpaid wages, breach of contract and workplace rights violations. The Saudi labor court system operates on a fast-track basis with initial hearings typically scheduled within 15 days of case filing. Before cases reach the labor court, the Ministry of Human Resources conducts mandatory conciliation sessions. Employers who maintain accurate employment documentation are significantly better positioned in labor court proceedings. Inclusive Solutions provides labor court support and pre-dispute advisory services.
