Grievance Procedure

The formal process through which employees can raise workplace complaints and have them investigated and resolved.

A grievance procedure in Saudi Arabia is a structured internal process that allows employees to formally raise complaints about workplace issues — including unfair treatment, policy violations, harassment, unsafe conditions or management conduct. Saudi Labor Law and MHRSD guidelines require employers to have documented grievance mechanisms. Where internal resolution fails, employees can escalate to the Ministry of Human Resources. Companies without documented grievance procedures face greater exposure in labor court proceedings. Inclusive Solutions helps organizations design and implement compliant grievance procedures as part of its HR policy and management services.
