Business Setup
A comparison of the two most common legal structures for foreign companies entering the Saudi market.
When entering Saudi Arabia, foreign companies typically choose between an LLC (Limited Liability Company) and a Branch Office. An LLC is a separate legal entity with shareholders' liability limited to capital contributions, while a branch office operates under the parent company's identity with unlimited parental liability. LLCs offer more operational flexibility and are preferred for long-term market establishment. Branch offices are faster to set up and often used by professional services firms or project-based operations. Both require MISA licenses and Commercial Registration. Inclusive Solutions advises on the optimal structure for each client's specific circumstances and sector requirements.
